Senior Technical Specialist

In this role you will join an international agile squad to build, run, and maintain our systems with a focus on production stability and observability. You will influence the full lifecycle from refining user stories to operational readiness, balancing independent work with collaboration. You’ll tackle high-availability challenges and drive automation across teams, contributing to system reliability at scale. This is an opportunity to shape platform operations in a corporate/financial context and grow through hands-on learning.

• Contribute across the full software/system lifecycle from planning to production readiness
• Ensure production stability and observability of platforms
• Operate deployments, automation, lifecycle management, incident/change management
• Design reusable automation and tooling for multiple teams
• Participate in standby/on‑call rotations
• Maintain and optimize Postgres, including tuning, monitoring, and DDL changes
• Develop in Linux environments using Bash/Python
• Containerize with Docker and manage configurations with Ansible
• Use Azure DevOps Pipelines, Git/GitHub, and Maven for CI/CD
• Utilize observability tools like ELKaaS, Prometheus, Grafana for monitoring and incident response

• Postgres application DBA experience (setup, usage, performance, monitoring, DDL, optimization)
• Linux and shell scripting (Bash / Python)
